Malcolm co-founded M&B Trade Group, he brings a wealth of experience in account management, solution design, and operational strategy to M&B Trade Group. He oversees client relations in Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, and Sierria Leone. With a BSc in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, he has built a track record of designing and delivering cost-effective, bespoke workforce and business solutions.

As an Account Manager at AV Magazine, Malcolm drives growth by building and maintaining strong relationships across the AV Channel, using proactive marketing campaigns, CRM insights, and a deep understanding of client needs. His entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond the AV sector — he is also the co-founder of Passport Markers, a travel platform that connects travellers to unforgettable destinations and experiences, alongside running a private travel agency.

Previously, Malcolm worked as a Solution Design Consultant at Bookmark Reading Charity, where he developed and presented strategic options to tackle operational challenges, delivering actionable recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
